MING is…
On a mission to advise and support, seniors leaders committed to driving social impact to work and lead at their fullest potential now rather than “someday”
What We Do
We are a strategic advisory firm that provides bespoke services to help senior leaders driving social impact tackle their toughest management, strategy, talent, and operational challenges. At MING, we work one-on-one or in small teams to deliver responsive advisory and implementation support tailored to clients’ evolving needs. Our focused approach enables us to help our clients accelerate their performance and deepen outcomes. Every engagement is grounded in understanding our clients’ perspectives and environment, allowing us to act as a trusted advisor and partner in crafting and implementing sustainable solutions.
MING’s 5-Step Process for Transformation
In all of our engagements, the MING team serves as a thought partner, advisor, and facilitator to create spaces that enable clients to identify, assess, collaborate, and address their thorniest challenges. We provide the additional support leaders and enterprises need to implement and sustain new solutions that lead to deeper impact. At MING, we ensure that in our work, we are identifying and addressing the visible and less visible challenges that may be preventing our clients from achieving their goals. And we do this by utilizing MING’s 5-Step Process for Transformation.
-
Discovery
Step One
The engagement begins with the MING Team reviewing information, interviewing key stakeholders, and facilitating discussions to enable senior leaders to engage in inquiry and self-reflection to better understand the visible and invisible causes of challenges. -
Analysis
Step Two
Once the Discovery process is completed, we assess the information provided by the client and other stakeholders, determine new insights, and develop hypotheses and ideas for potential solutions to share with clients. -
Ideation
Step Three
The MING Engagement Team works with the client to align on potential solutions to implement, engagement goals and a high-level work plan. The MING Engagement Team works with the client to ensure key stakeholders are integrated into the work of the engagement. During this process key stakeholders are given space to share questions, offer ideas and provide critical input to finalize elements of the work plan. -
Planning
Step Four
The MING Engagement Team leads implementation planning by identifying potential rollout hurdles and developing proactive and responsive mitigation strategies. The MING Engagement Team also collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to create internal communication plans, supporting materials, and strategies to sustain changes beyond the MING engagement. -
Implementation
Step Five
The MING Engagement Team supports the client during this phase by preparing senior leaders for implementation, closely monitoring rollout, holding space to capture learnings and recommending strategies to pivot appropriately as needed.
