Our programs are built to meet leaders where they are and help them lead with greater clarity, confidence, and sustainability.
MING Programs
MING designs and facilitates sessions or programs to advance training, offer development, introduce change management, and/or provide space for deep thinking and collaboration on critical work. MING has partnered with clients to design and facilitate sessions or programs in the form of retreats, offsites, strategy sessions and cohort based programs. Sessions are offered on an ongoing basis over a short-term (i.e. weeks) or longer-term (ie. years) period of time. And for each session or program, the MING team works closely with clients to develop session/program agendas (including pre-work), create session/program goals, design interactive spaces, create team building activities and design facilitation plans. MING’s Session & Program Design services currently support three distinct types of offerings:

Leader Communities
MING’s CEO & Founder has long been dedicated to and invested significant time in building spaces outside the workplace to offer leaders the opportunity to share resources and knowledge, build connections with other leaders, and reduce feelings of isolation and burnout, which occur all too frequently in the social impact sector. When MING engages in this work, we do so with a commitment to engaging leaders as co-designers of the space and utilizing their input to shape all elements of the new leader community that is being formed. One community that exemplifies this commitment is the Women’s Leadership Council, which Erica founded during her time as the Executive Director of a social impact organization. Currently, we are also evaluating potential interest in our newest program, MING Leadership Circles.

Retreats & Deep Dive Sessions
Through this offering, the MING Engagement Team designs customized retreats and deep-dive meetings that create space for leaders to step out of day-to-day operations, align on priorities, strengthen relationships, and tackle complex challenges with a fresh perspective. Our approach strikes a balance between strategic focus and inclusive dialogue, ensuring teams leave with clarity, stronger trust, and actionable next steps. Each retreat or deep dive meeting is tailored to the unique dynamics, goals, and culture of the organization, blending proven facilitation methods with innovative exercises that spark creativity and meaningful connection. We guide leaders through structured conversations that surface hidden insights and unlock collaboration across silos. By creating intentional time away from routine pressures, teams can pause, reflect, and re-engage with a renewed sense of purpose. The result is not only stronger alignment and resilience but also a shared roadmap that translates vision into practical execution. Whether navigating growth, managing change, or re-imagining strategy, our process empowers leaders to rise above immediate challenges and move forward with clarity, cohesion, and momentum.

Cohort Based Programs
Through this offering the MING Engagement Team partners with clients to design a cohort-based program offered to leaders matching a profile specified by the client. For these engagements the MING Engagement Team partners with a client to provide and end to end solution from creating and managing the application and screening process to designing and leading the facilitation of program sessions tailored to the needs of the participating leaders and incorporate best practices. MING has worked with clients to design a variety of programs including, but not limited to The Pinkerton Advanced Leadership Network, The Pinkeron Senior Leadership Nework and The Black Leadership Executive Fellowship.
